Many of the raw materials of The GALLIARD Cove House come from the brand's own farm located in Gürece, Bodrum. You can be sure that you will feel the freshness of the vegetables, fruits, and eggs coming from brand owned farm, which produces completely natural and hormone-free products.

Launched in 2013 with a fine dining concept, The GALLIARD umbrella brand currently serves with its Brasserie concept in three different locations in Istanbul and in Bursa with a branch it opened in 2024.
