The GALLIARD, established in 2013 with a fine dining concept, currently operates in three different locations in Istanbul. In the summer of 2021, The GALLIARD brand took an innovative step with The GALLIARD Cove House concept in Bodrum Yalıkavak, aiming for a grounded branding process in the food and beverage sector.

The GALLIARD creates modernized Turkish fusion flavours. In addition to offering delicious treats, it centres art and music as indispensable values, reminiscent of the Renaissance period. As guests enter The GALLIARD, they are immediately captivated by its ambience, characterized by light-coloured solid wood, Mediterranean marbles, and Venetian terrazzo highlighted in its architecture.
